GERMANY

You will usually receive orders from Germany 1 to 4 working days after receipt of the order. As soon as your order is on its way to you, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation by email.

WITHIN EU

You will usually receive orders from the EU 1 to 7 working days after receipt of the order. As soon as your order is on its way to you, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation by email.

For all deliveries within the EU, taxes are included in the product price.

There is always the option to choose a premium shipping method. This is usually faster, includes tracking and is free with every order over €50.

OUTSIDE the EU

The delivery time for orders from outside the EU varies greatly depending on the destination country. Here it can take between 3 working days and 3 weeks. As soon as your order is on its way to you, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation by email.

RETURN

You can return orders to us within 30 days without giving a reason. You get the purchase price back, the shipping costs are borne by the customer.
