Although I'm having difficulty obtaining the items ordered due the fact that they only deal with our local postal service and not services like Pudo, Paxi and other cheap alternative courier methods, the service from the staff was prompt and professional.
Unfortunately, South Africa's postal service is almost dissolved and non-existent and the times they do receive items from abroad, the likelihood of any citizen receiving the item(s) is slim to none, due to theft. I cannot hold this against them, but I can limit my rating to 4 stars instead of 5 due to the limited delivery options available.
